If you need to make a change to an order that you recently placed you may request a modification online.  Note that only orders which have not yet been processed* are eligible for modification.  

Orders that are still able to be modified will show a “Cancel or Modify Order” button on the My Order History page and on the Order Detail for that order.  This button will not appear if the order is past the point where it can be modified.

The button will bring you to a page where you can specific the changes you would like to make.  Once we receive the request we will process the changes and send you a confirmation email. You must confirm the changes before we ship your order, so please monitor your email so that you do not miss this confirmation email. 

* Processed means it has been sent to the warehouse to be packed and shipped, at which point it is not possible to modify the order contents.
