If the tracking for your shipment shows "Delivered" but the box was either not delivered or cannot be found, there are a few things to know:

  • Most boxes which are incorrectly delivered will be correctly delivered the next day.  
  • Some carriers may mark packages "Delivered" the morning they are scheduled to be dropped off.
  • If the box does not show up in 24 hours after showing delivered, we can request a "trace" to locate the package.  Please send us a message with your order number and we can start the process.

Remember - you're covered if the box cannot be found or is damaged!  If the package is declared lost we will reship the order to you.  Please give 7-10 business days for the trace investigation to finish.
