Shipments from IDParts to addresses in Canada will incur fees at the border.  These include duties and fees imposed by the Canadian government as well as Provincial or Harmonized Sales Tax (PST/HST) which is not included in the price of the product.  There may also be brokerage fees charged by the carrier (UPS, Fedex) as part of their service processing paperwork with Canada customs.

During checkout on IDParts.com an option will appear to "Prepay Border Fees".  If this option is checked IDParts will collect these fees from you during checkout and pay the on your behalf.  However, if you do not choose this option then you will be responsible for any fees upon delivery.  Please note that IDParts has no control over these fees if you do not select "Prepay Border Fees".

However, in the unlikely case that you opted to pre-pay border fees AND you are being asked to pay charges or fees upon delivery please contact us immediately.  This is most often because paperwork confusion at the carrier and can be resolved quickly.
